Summer 2000 Re-vegetation project
As a result of our watershed survey the LPA was given a $1500.00 grant for a shoreland re-vegetation project by the Vermont DEC. This project was completed in the summer of 2000 and consisted of:
1) Seventy five
First Aid Kits for the Lake that were given to campers to plant along their shoreline.

2) Trees and shrubs, purchased buy the LPA, were given to property owners who volunteered to build a buffer strip near the lake.

3) A buffer strip was planted on town property where a gravel road was close to the lake.
